Pupil Groups

snail

Pupils are encouraged to take on meaningful roles within our community. Through our pupil groups, children develop confidence, responsibility and a sense of belonging while contributing positively to school life.

These opportunities form an important part of The White House Way and support pupils to develop independence, leadership skills and community awareness.

Team Rockets

School Football Team

Team Rockets is our school football team, providing pupils with opportunities to develop teamwork, resilience and physical confidence through sport. Pupils learn the importance of cooperation, perseverance and fair play while representing the school with pride at fixtures and sporting events.

School Council

Our School Council gives pupils a voice in shaping school life. Members share ideas, represent their classmates and help make decisions about improvements across the school. Through this role, pupils develop communication skills, responsibility and confidence as active members of our school community.

Pupil Mentors

Pupil Mentors support younger pupils and help new members of the school community feel welcome and settled. They model positive behaviour, kindness and leadership, helping to create a supportive and inclusive environment for everyone.

Librarians

Our School Librarians help care for our reading spaces and support others in choosing books to enjoy. This role encourages responsibility, organisation and a love of reading, while helping pupils develop confidence in supporting their peers.

Eco-Ambassadors

Our Eco-Ambassadors help promote environmental awareness across the school. They support recycling initiatives, encourage sustainable choices and help pupils understand how they can care for the world around them as responsible members of their community.

Snail Champions

Our Snail Champions take special responsibility for caring for Neptune, our Giant African Land Snail. This role helps pupils develop empathy, responsibility and confidence while learning about animal care and the natural world.
